Why does my store say it's pending review?

New stores get a quick manual review, usually within a business day. You’re already live. This just confirms your details. There’s nothing you need to do.

While you wait, confirm that your business name and address are right in Settings. They appear on customer letters.

Offerings in review

Each offering you add also gets reviewed for FSA/HSA eligibility. Your Burst link goes live as soon as one offering is approved. Until then, anyone who scans your QR code or taps your badge lands on a general Burst page instead of yours. See How Burst decides which offerings are eligible.
