How does billing work, and can I pause?

Billing

The Growth plan is billed monthly to the card on file. If you cover the letter fee, each letter sent is added to your subscription bill.

Open Settings → Billing and click Manage billing to:

  • Update your card
  • See invoices
  • Pause or cancel your subscription

Only the store’s owner can change billing. Staff can view it.

Pausing

You can pause anytime from Settings. While paused:

  • Your Burst link, QR codes, and placements keep working
  • Customers pay the standard letter price ($35) instead of the discounted one
  • Growth features go back to Free plan limits

Resume from the same place whenever you’re ready.
