What do my customers pay?

Customers pay a one-time fee for their Letter of Medical Necessity. That fee is separate from anything you pay Burst.

Your exact customer letter price shows in Settings → Billing under Customer letter price. Some stores have a custom price.

One letter, many purchases

A letter isn’t tied to one receipt. It covers the purchase that prompted it and future purchases from your store for 12 months, which makes it an easy sell for repeat customers.

It can’t be backdated, though: a letter only covers purchases made on or after the day it was requested. Encourage customers to scan the same day they buy.
