Quick answers for the questions your customers ask most.

Use these to answer customers at the counter, or paste them on your site. The FSA/HSA page kit in your dashboard has the same answers ready to copy.

Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts let people set aside pre-tax money for health expenses. Spending from them most people save about 30 to 40%, depending on their tax rate.

Some purchases are eligible on their own. Many others, like wellness services and products, become eligible when a clinician confirms they’re medically necessary for the customer. That’s what a Letter of Medical Necessity does.

A document from a licensed clinician saying a purchase is medically necessary for the customer. It’s what makes an eligible purchase reimbursable. See What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?

No. Pay normally, get the letter, then file for reimbursement. See Do customers need an FSA/HSA card?

A few minutes to fill out. Most letters are reviewed the same day. See How long do letters take?

No. Stores see your name, email, and which offering you started a letter for. Health answers stay between you and the clinician.
