Your products are tagged for FSA/HSA eligibility

Burst checks your catalog and marks each product as eligible, eligible with a letter, or not eligible. New products are checked automatically.

A customer buys from your store

Checkout doesn’t change. Customers pay however they like.

Burst follows up after the purchase

When an order includes a product that needs a Letter of Medical Necessity, Burst emails the customer an offer to get their purchase reimbursed.

The customer gets their letter and is reimbursed

A licensed clinician reviews and issues the letter. Burst helps the customer file with their FSA/HSA. Reimbursed orders are tagged Burst in your Shopify admin.
