Most letters are reviewed the same day. Customers hear back by email as soon as their letter is ready.

Turnaround isn’t the deadline that matters. What matters is that the customer requests the letter the same day they buy, because letters can’t cover earlier purchases.
Tracking a customer’s letter
You can see where a customer is in Leads: In progress, Paid, or Letter sent. For anything else, have the customer reply to their Burst email, or contact us.
