Order confirmation email | Burst Help Center

Customers read their order confirmation right after they buy. A short Burst snippet there tells them they can get reimbursed through their FSA/HSA.

The email snippet goes inside your order confirmation email, under the order summary. Find it under Order confirmation email in Placements → Online.

The ready-made email snippet is rolling out. If it shows Coming soon in your dashboard, add your Burst link to your confirmation email as a line of text for now, for example:

Paying with FSA/HSA? Get reimbursed for this order: [your Burst link]
