# Where does my Burst link send customers?

Your Burst link, and everywhere you place it, opens your Burst page. There the customer picks what they bought from you, answers a few questions, and gets the letter that makes their purchase FSA/HSA eligible.

Every QR code, badge, and button you add is the same Burst page underneath. Each one carries its own code, so you can see which spot a visit came from in [Placements](https://brands.getburst.com/go/placements).

## Where to use your link

Your link works on its own with nothing to install. Use it anywhere code doesn't go:

* Your Instagram or TikTok bio
* Texts and DMs to customers
* Newsletters and booking confirmations
* Customer service replies

## Before your link is live
