# Team members and roles

Invite your staff so they can print placards, check leads, and keep offerings up to date. Manage your team in [Settings](https://brands.getburst.com/go/settings).

## Roles

* **Owner**: full access, including billing. Exactly one per store.
* **Staff**: can edit everything and invite others. Billing is view-only.
* **Collaborator**: view-only, including leads. No billing access.

## Invite someone

#### Open your team

In [Settings](https://brands.getburst.com/go/settings), find your team.

#### Enter their email and pick a role

Choose **Staff** or **Collaborator**.

#### They accept

They get an email and must accept the invite to join your store.

## Transfer ownership

The owner can hand ownership to another team member. The previous owner becomes staff.
