Add one in [Offerings](https://brands.getburst.com/go/products) by pasting a link to it or typing its name. Burst checks whether it's FSA/HSA eligible and labels it: | Label | What it means | | -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **FSA/HSA eligible** | Eligible on its own, no letter needed | | **Eligible with a letter** | Eligible when the customer has a Letter of Medical Necessity. This is where Burst helps most | | **Not eligible** | Not reimbursable, even with a letter | ## Review New offerings get a quick review. You'll see them in your list while they're in review. Your Burst link goes live once at least one offering is approved. ## Why eligibility matters Customers pick the offering they bought when they start a letter. The clinician reviews against that offering, so accurate names and links help letters get approved. > **Tip** > > Paste the actual product or service page URL when you can. It gives Burst the most detail to work with. Related: [What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?](/what-is-lmn) ยท [Adding and managing offerings](/managing-offerings)
