# Why does my store say it's pending review?

New stores get a quick manual review, usually within a business day. You're already live. This just confirms your details. There's nothing you need to do.

While you wait, confirm that your business name and address are right in [Settings](https://brands.getburst.com/go/settings?section=business). They appear on customer letters.

## Offerings in review

Each offering you add also gets reviewed for FSA/HSA eligibility. Your Burst link goes live as soon as one offering is approved. Until then, anyone who scans your QR code or taps your badge lands on a general Burst page instead of yours. See [How Burst decides which offerings are eligible](/product-eligibility).
