# Do customers need an FSA/HSA card?

**No.** Customers don't need to pay with an FSA/HSA card. They buy from you normally, get their letter through Burst, and file for reimbursement from their FSA/HSA.

You don't change anything at checkout.

## What to tell customers

## If they do have an FSA/HSA card

They can use it. The letter is what makes the purchase eligible, whichever way they pay.
