# How long do letters take?

Most letters are reviewed the same day. Customers hear back by email as soon as their letter is ready.

## What to tell customers

> Turnaround isn't the deadline that matters. What matters is that the customer **requests** the letter the same day they buy, because letters can't cover earlier purchases.
