# Questions merchants ask before they start

## Do I need a new payment processor or an FSA/HSA card integration?

No. Burst doesn't connect to your checkout, point of sale, or booking system. Customers pay you the way they do today, with any card or cash. Burst then gets them the Letter of Medical Necessity that makes the purchase FSA/HSA eligible, and they get reimbursed from their account. ## Does Burst take a cut of my sales?

No. You pay your plan fee and nothing per transaction: \$0 on Free, or \$100/month on Growth unless you've agreed a different price with us. Customers pay Burst a one-time fee for their letter, \$35 on Free or \$20 on Growth. See [Free and Growth plans](/plans) and [What do my customers pay?](/customer-pricing).

## What can I have live on the Free plan?

One product or service from your catalog. Each thing you sell is its own item, so a monthly membership, a 10-class pack, and a private session are three items. Add everything you sell: each item goes through review and stays in your catalog. On Free, customers see the one you choose to make live. [Growth](/plans) makes your whole catalog live. ## Who answers my customers' FSA/HSA questions?

Burst does. Your staff only need one sentence: "If you have an FSA or HSA, scan that code and you might be able to use it for this." Questions about eligibility, letters, and reimbursement go to Burst, not your front desk. You can send customers [How customers get reimbursed](/customer-reimbursement), which is written for them.

## How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes.

* **In store:** your QR placard is made for you at signup. Print it and put it where people pay. See [Print and place your QR placard](/placard).
* **Online:** copy your code snippet from the dashboard and paste it next to your prices. On Wix, that's one Embed HTML element. See [Adding Burst to your website](/website).

On Free you pick one of the two: the placard or the website snippet. [Growth](/plans) gives you both, plus a QR code for each product and service.
